We are looking for a results-driven and data-savvy Campaign Operations Manager with experience in planning and execution of impactful user campaigns. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, from ideation to results tracking, ensuring both impact and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Design, execute, and optimize user campaigns including trading competitions, referral programs, and retention challenges tailored for users
  • Manage full campaign lifecycle — from creative concepting and user incentive structure design to coordination, launch, and performance analysis.
  • Leverage data and user insights to drive campaign effectiveness and continuously improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, legal/compliance, and analytics to ensure campaign success and adherence to regulations.
  • Monitor user behavior patterns, market trends, and campaign metrics to quickly adapt strategies and maximize engagement.
  • Own campaign-related communications, KPIs, and documentation, including any required regulatory filings or disclosures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in campaign operations, preferably in CFD, forex, securities, or crypto trading platforms.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end campaign management and user incentive mechanisms.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, etc.) with a strong data-driven mindset.
  • Familiar with financial product structures, platform trading logic, and user behavior patterns.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements for financial campaigns (e.g., cashback limits, disclaimers, campaign filing processes).
  • Experience in user growth, community-led referrals, or private domain operations that enhance viral growth and retention through campaigns.
  • Strong creative and execution capabilities with the ability to translate complex goals into actionable campaigns.
  • Data- and market-sensitive, with the ability to react quickly and drive retrospective learning.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills with a strong results-oriented mindset.
