Calilio, a Singapore-based technology company, is expanding its presence in India. We are looking for experienced professionals to represent the company, engage with clients, and provide strategic insights to guide our local and global initiatives. At Calilio, you will have the opportunity to work closely with international teams, contribute to shaping market strategies, and play a key role in driving our growth in the Indian market. Role overview This role involves representing Calilio in India, executing strategies provided by the Singapore team, and providing detailed market insights. You will lead event operations, develop strong relationships with clients and partners, mentor the entry-level representative, and help drive Calilio’s growth in the Indian market. Key responsibilities Execute strategies and promotional activities provided by the Singapore team Represent Calilio professionally at events, exhibitions, and meetings Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders in India Conduct official visits and meet India’s clients in person when required Identify new business opportunities and potential channel partners in India Gather and share insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity Mentor and guide the entry-level representative during events and campaigns Provide regular reports and actionable recommendations to the Singapore team Assist in planning and organizing events, workshops, and promotional activities Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align local activities with global strategy Track performance of local initiatives and suggest improvements Requirements Master’s degree completed (preferably in business, marketing, or a related field) 3+ years’ experience in marketing, sales, business development, or event representation Strong communication, networking, and professional representation skills Proven ability to manage client relationships and engage clients effectively Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights Comfortable working independently and mentoring junior staff Event management or field representation experience is highly desirable Willingness to travel for events or official client visits across India Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented Ability to multitask and prioritize activities effectively How to Apply Submit your resume through LinkedIn or email us at Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Business Development and Sales Industries Telecommunications #J-18808-Ljbffr
