Responsibilities

Overall Responsibility:
Manage property transaction projects for our Logistics warehouses, terminals and offices across Region APAC

Success Criteria/KPI:

  • Successfully manage the full cycle of property transactions
  • Deliver business cases that fulfill global financial targets
  • Efficiently provide relevant subject matter support to the Investment Management team in relation to sale and leaseback transactions

Key Tasks:

  • Manage the full cycle of property transactions from initiation to completion
  • Support our sale and leaseback transactions
  • Work on business cases related to our property portfolio and ensuring that our property projects fulfil DSV's global financial targets
  • Handle leases and provide advice on lease agreements to local country managers
  • Coordinate with stakeholders such as real estate investors, legal advisors, and internal customers
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in property transactions and project management in the region
  • Educational background in property management, finance or law,
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English, as a minimum (proficiency in Chinese is an advantage)

  • Ability to run projects independently whilst knowing when to consult and/or align with internal managers or stakeholders
