What the role is: Family Life Group (FLG) strengthens and supports families to realise the vision of making Singapore the best place for family life through our policies, programmes and publicity efforts. Strong families are the building blocks of a caring community. We want to help families realise their hopes and aspirations, strengthen familial bonds and support them in overcoming challenges. You will be part of the Partnership (PTR) Division in FLG to help nurture a community-based, family-friendly support ecosystem across all stages of life through the Families for Life movement. We promote family-centric campaigns, parenting and marriage programmes and form partnerships with corporate and community stakeholders and volunteers to promote and strengthen families. What you will be working on: You will drive strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and partners in the public, private, people sectors to promotefamily and strengthen family relationships. Your day-to-day work may include, but is not limited to, the following: Develop holistic strategies on engaging corporate and community partners in championing and supporting families Cultivate and strengthen strategic partnerships with key and existing partners, whilst actively exploring innovativeapproaches to expand our network Collaborate with partners to work together and shape partnership plans which establishes common goals Plan and organize stakeholder engagement platforms such as appreciation sessions and networking opportunities Manage and maintain stakeholder engagement databases, including planning of budget What we are looking for: At least 2 years of relevant work experience Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills Pleasant and positive personality, enjoys interacting with people from different backgrounds Driven and self-motivated, able to multi-task Able to work independently and a good team player Only shortlisted candidates will be notified within 4 weeks from the closing date of this position.
