Futurx Creatives is a creative marketing and content agency that partners with brands to deliver content marketing strategies with impactful content and measurable results. We’re growing and are looking for a Marketing Content Producer who can bring fresh thinking, creativity, and structure to our clients’ marketing initiatives.

What We’re Looking For (Intern/Fulltime)

We’re seeking a motivated Marketing Content Producer to join us in Singapore. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, able to guide big-picture branding while rolling up their sleeves to deliver campaigns and content that resonate.

Overview Responsibilities
  • Brand & Content Strategy: Research industry trends, competitors, and audiences to uncover insights for content and campaign ideas; develop and maintain content pillars, calendars, and messaging guidelines for brand consistency; work with clients and internal teams to shape brand narratives and ensure alignment across all platforms.
  • Marketing Ideas & Campaigns: Conceptualise and execute creative marketing campaigns to drive engagement and awareness; propose new initiatives, activations, or collaborations that fit client objectives; track campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for optimisation.
  • Social Media Management: Plan, curate, and manage content across multiple social media platforms; draft engaging captions, hashtags, and copy tailored for different audiences; monitor performance analytics, audience interactions, and emerging trends to optimise results.
  • Production: Oversee the end-to-end production of content, from ideation to delivery; coordinate with videographers, designers, and editors to ensure high-quality execution; manage logistics such as shoot scheduling, talent coordination, and production timelines; troubleshoot issues on-set or in post-production to keep projects on track.
Requirements
  • MBTI Types: ENTJ, ESTJ, ESFJ, INTJ and ENFP (Preferred)
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or brand management.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Familiar with AI, social media formats, content strategies, and platform behaviours.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for creative storytelling and brand growth.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
