Content Marketing Executive

Supermom is Southeast Asia's leading parenting platform powered by a trusted community of moms. We are seeking a Content Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in Singapore, covering Southeast Asia, and reporting to the B2C Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will craft and manage content that strengthens Supermom's brand voice across the region, driving parent engagement and supporting campaigns across product, growth, partnerships, and community. Key Responsibilities Support the B2C Marketing Manager in building an integrated content strategy. Develop and manage the content calendar across social, WhatsApp, email, and blog. Align content with product launches, marketing campaigns, and community engagement activities. Maintain and evolve brand voice, messaging, and content guidelines to ensure consistency across channels. Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Community, and Partnerships to ensure content supports business objectives. Content Production & Execution Write and edit compelling copy for campaigns, social media, blog posts, newsletters, and WhatsApp broadcasts. Produce short-form video content for social and community channels. Collaborate with graphic designers on creative assets and create simple visuals in Canva when needed. Curate and adapt user-generated content from the Supermom community to support engagement and advocacy. Track content performance, report insights, and recommend improvements to optimize engagement and reach. Qualifications & Experience Degree/Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Media, or related field. Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media. Strong interest in social media, content trends, and digital storytelling. Good copywriting and communication skills across short and long-form content. Basic ability to produce content, including short-form videos and simple visuals in Canva. Familiar with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp communities.
