Marketing Executive (Creative Content) About the Role We’re looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Executive to join our creative familyIf you live and breathe social media, love experimenting with new content ideas, and don’t mind being in front of the camera, this role is made for you. What You’ll Do Conceptualise, create, and publish engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook . Manage client content calendars , ensuring all posts are scheduled, optimised, and published on time. Strategise and execute content ideas and campaigns aligned with client brand direction. Bring fresh ideas to life through short-form videos, reels, and social-first storytelling . Be part of the content — comfortable appearing on camera when needed. Collaborate with the team on campaign ideation, planning, and execution . Support cross-functional projects including PR, KOL/influencer management, and production . Analyse content performance and recommend improvements to boost engagement and results. What We’re Looking For Skilled in social media content creation , client content management, and platform scheduling. Strong content strategy sense — knows what works and why. Confident, creative, and unafraid to experiment or appear on camera . Highly self-driven, motivated, and proactive . A fast learner with curiosity to grow in the creative and advertising space. A collaborative team player thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment . Skills That Are an Advantage Proficiency in CapCut and other video editing tools. Experience with Meta Business Suite and other social media management platforms. Ability to read, analyse, and interpret reports to inform content and campaign strategies. Skilled in creating marketing proposals and decks using Canva or similar tools. Strong capability to develop marketing proposals and present actionable strategies to clients.
