Marketing & Content Creator (TikTok, Instagram, Photography & Website Management) About Us We are a leading Coldroom Specialist company in Singapore, providing design, installation, and maintenance of industrial refrigeration systems. As we grow, we are looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Content Creator to lead our marketing initiatives and grow our digital presence. Job Responsibilities Plan and manage the company’s overall marketing strategy and campaigns Create and post engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms Produce viral-worthy short-form video content to build brand awareness and attract leads Take professional photography of our projects, coldroom installations, and team activities Manage social media accounts (content calendar, captions, hashtags, analytics, community engagement) Oversee website updates, content management, and basic SEO to ensure online presence is up to date Develop brand voice and storytelling to highlight our expertise and reputation in the coldroom industry Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing consistency Stay updated with digital trends, especially TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other emerging platforms Requirements Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation (fresh grads with strong portfolios welcome) Proficiency in video creation/editing tools such as CapCut, TikTok/Reels editors and photography Experience with basic website management (WordPress, Wix, or similar platforms) and SEO knowledge preferred Creative mindset with the ability to turn technical/industrial work into engaging content Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content trends Independent, resourceful, and results-driven Basic design/editing skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar) will be an advantage What We Offer Salary range: SGD 3,000 – 4,000/month (based on experience) Opportunity to take ownership of the company’s marketing direction Exposure to both B2B and B2C marketing in a growing industry Dynamic work environment with room to innovate and try new ideas Join Us If you are passionate about digital marketing, TikTok, Instagram and growing a brand from the ground up — we’d love to hear from you.
