Porsche Singapore is seeking an experienced Manager (Pre-owned) to lead and oversee the pre-owned car business management and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our pre-owned car segment, achieving volume and profitability targets, and positioning Porsche Singapore as the preferred dealer for pre-owned Porsches in Singapore.

• Position Porsche Singapore as the authorised and preferred dealer for pre-owned Porsches in Singapore and promote awareness and benefits of the Porsche Approved Programme amongst consumers.
• Develop and implement business strategies, initiatives, and operational plans for the pre-owned car segment to drive growth and achieve volume and profitability targets.
• Develop pre-owned car pricing strategy including setting residual value, trade-in and selling pricing for pre-owned Porsches.
• Define, implement, and regularly update SOPs covering all aspects of pre-owned operations (sourcing, appraisal, purchase, reconditioning, pricing, sales, trade-in process, documentation, and compliance).
• Oversee the management of pre-owned car inventory, including strategy development, sourcing, researching, evaluation, purchasing, and pricing vehicles to ensure efficient stock turnover.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to maximise revenue and market share in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the pre-owned car division and analyse financial performance to optimise profitability.
• Oversee and align with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., aftersales workshop) on Porsche refurbishment processes (e.g., 111-point check) to ensure all pre-owned Porsches meet the stringent requirements for Porsche Approved Warranty.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching; foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork, customer excitement and professional growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, standards and company policies; stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and tactics.

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related fields.
• 5-8 years of working experience in the Automotive industry.
• Experience in leading a pre-owned car operations team in the automotive industry, preferably with high-end brands.
• Proven track record of success in pre-owned car sales.
• A team player with excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse sales data and make informed decisions.
• Positive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to proactively address challenges and focus on delivering effective resolutions.
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office and other technology tools and systems.
• Willing to perform shift work including weekday evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• A valid Class 3 driving license and clean driving record.
