About the Role
We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager who is passionate about bridal fashion, styling, and delivering impeccable service. This role is perfect for someone personable and warm, with a proven sales track record and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced luxury retail environment.
As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will inspire, guide, and close sales with confidence — ensuring every client leaves our boutique feeling beautiful and cared for.
Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and drive bridal consultations and fittings, offering expert styling advice and creating a warm, personalised experience.
    • Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.
      • Build trusted relationships with brides, families, and wedding planners, ensuring high standards of client service and follow-up.
        • Coach and motivate the sales team to uphold Truly Enamoured's service standards and brand image.
          • Handle client feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and grace.
            • Stay up to date with bridal trends, designer collections, and styling techniques.
              • Contribute to visual merchandising to maintain a beautiful boutique environment.
              Who You Are:
              Personable, warm, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people.
              Proven success in sales. Strong track record in sales.
              Passionate about styling and fashion — you have an eye for detail and love helping clients look and feel their best.
              Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working to ambitious sales targets.
              A team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced boutique setting.
              Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus).
              Willing to work retail hours, including weekends.
