Growth Hacker

We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. The company is a cutting-edge venture studio at the forefront of AI-powered media production. They're reshaping the media landscape by merging human creativity with artificial intelligence to create stunning 2D/3D illustrations, innovative storytelling, cutting-edge animations, and groundbreaking AI movies. Their mission is to push the boundaries of creative expression through AI-powered media production.

They are looking for a Growth Hacker to join their AI creative studio, focusing on expanding our community and boosting user engagement. You’ll work under the Senior Community and Marketing Lead, contributing to both community and marketing efforts with a hands-on, creative approach.

Responsibilities:

• Community Growth: Support the development and execution of community growth strategies, tracking KPIs and adjusting tactics to meet goals. Focus on sustainable growth rather than short-term spikes.
• Community Engagement: Help grow our presence on platforms like Twitter/X, Discord, and Telegram by creating engaging content, including polls, threads, graphics, and interactive posts. You love rolling up your sleeves to craft content, not just planning it.
• Partnership Support: Assist in building relationships with influencers, creators, and projects to amplify our reach. Work with community advocates to co-create authentic content.
• Growth Initiatives: Contribute to growth marketing campaigns, executing tasks and collaborating with the team to drive measurable results.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Community and Marketing teams to support efforts in growing and engaging our user base.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in growth hacking
• Strong understanding of the AI tools or ecosystem
• Proven experience in managing online and offline marketing campaigns, as well as overall marketing executions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in sales or event management is a plus
