As the Talent Acquisition Analyst / Reporting Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to collect, analyze, and report Talent Acquisition-related data to facilitate strategic planning and decision-making. Collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition leadership, HRIS, and cross-functional teams, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and delivering insightful analytics, dashboards, and reports that drive data-driven talent and workforce management.Your key responsibilities will include collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources like HRIS, ATS, surveys, and HR. You will be tasked with designing and maintaining recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and metrics focusing on turnover, diversity, headcount, and talent acquisition. Working in partnership with Talent Acquisition leaders, you will cater to reporting needs and deliver actionable insights. Ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems and reports, developing and automating reporting processes, and supporting compliance and audit requirements will also be part of your role. You will be tracking KPIs across the function and aiding in the implementation and optimization of HR technologies and tools. Furthermore, you will present findings and trends in a clear, visual, and compelling manner using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics platforms.The qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of experience in HR analytics, HR reporting, or a related data analysis role. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas, as well as experience with reporting/visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar is essential. Familiarity with SQL and/or data querying tools would be advantageous. You should have a keen eye for detail and a dedication to data accuracy, coupled with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills are a must, as is experience in handling confidential information with discretion.Preferred qualifications for this role include experience with predictive analytics or statistical modeling techniques, as well as certifications in analytics or HR systems such as SHRM, PHR, or People Analytics certificates.,
