Job Description

The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking an experienced Delivery Practice Manager (DPM) to join our ProServe Shared Delivery Team (SDT) at AWS. In this role, you'll manage a team of ProServe Delivery Consultants supporting AWS enterprise customers through transformative projects. You will leverage your IT and/or Management Consulting background to serve as a strategic advisor to customers, partners, and internal AWS teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building and managing a high-performing team of Delivery Consultants
  • Collaborating with various teams to deploy solutions and develop new features
  • Developing innovative IT strategies for customers
  • Managing practice P&L, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Driving business development and exceeding customer satisfaction targets

Basic Qualifications
  • 8+ years in IT and/or Management Consulting, including 3+ years in leadership roles
  • Experience managing IT transformation projects
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and solve complex technical and business challenges
  • Hands-on experience with data & analytics strategies supporting large enterprises
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degrees or AWS certifications
  • Strong project and resource management skills
  • Financial acumen and P&L management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with data/machine learning pipelines and AWS services like SageMaker and Bedrock
