The Keppel Associate Programme is a 2-year programme comprising potential job rotations, on-the-job training and leadership development opportunities, from which you will build critical business and operation skills, gain commercial exposure and acquire a professional network to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with Keppel. This role sits within the Human Resources Centralised Function. Through job rotations and cross-disciplinary assignments, you will be given exposure to at least 2 HR functions supporting across Keppel's businesses globally. These may include:

  • Business HR
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Learning & Development
  • Early Careers
  • Talent Management
  • HR Governance

Apart from your core responsibilities on the job, you will also participate in stretched projects to accelerate your development. You will gain a deep understanding of the Company's people strategy and operations, build on your technical skills and knowledge and acquire a professional network to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with Keppel. Beyond the 2-year programme, you may look forward to enrolment into leadership programmes at Keppel should you meet the criteria. Responsibilities & Activities
  • Participate in a 2-year programme with potential job rotations across Keppel's HR functions
  • Engage in cross-disciplinary assignments to gain exposure to multiple HR domains
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to accelerate development
  • Develop understanding of the Company's people strategy and operations
Job Requirements
  • A good degree in Business, Human Resources, Arts, Economics, Psychology, Social Sciences
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to connect and engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Passionate about organisation and people development
  • Alignment with Keppel's core values
