Business Development Executive

Are you a people person who enjoys meeting new faces, having conversations, and exploring new opportunities? We're looking for a motivated and outgoing Business Development Executive to join our team. Your role is all about growing our business by connecting with new clients, understanding their needs, and building long-term relationships.What You'll Be Doing: Reach out to potential clients: Introduce our services to potential families and individuals. Build and maintain relationships: Stay in touch with clients, follow up regularly, and make sure they feel supported and valued. Understand client needs: Have conversations to understand what they're looking for and suggest solutions that fit. Coordinate with the recruitment team: Work closely with our internal team to ensure client needs are communicated clearly and matched correctly. Grow and expand accounts: Identify opportunities for repeat business or referrals and help clients explore additional services. Represent the company: Attend meetings, events, or networking sessions to promote our brand and build partnerships. Who We're Looking For: You enjoy meeting people and building relationships. You're confident in starting conversations and explaining services clearly. You're proactive and you like reaching out, following up, and turning conversations into opportunities. You're organised and can manage multiple clients or leads at once. You're a good listener and can understand people's needs easily. Previous experience in sales, business development, or client servicing is helpful, but not required, we're happy to train the right person.
