HRBP at Singapore Institute of Management Accountabilities: Develop & maintain a market perspective – trends, drivers, economics, pain points Create and continually improve the product-market segment plan Maintain and continually refine the end-customer engagement & outreach plan Plan, execute and improve customer events to drive traffic to programs Track, report on target achievement and provide insights on opportunities Develop and continuously improve a system of work that achieves the role purpose Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 - 8 years of B2B sales experience in Institute of Higher Learning landscape (including learning academy and CET) Proven track record with at least $1 - $2 mil target in both hunting and farming sales. Consultative and solution sales will be preferred.
