5 work days/week Job Description Responsible for the full set of accounts of multiple clients and other matters relating to the respective set of accounts. Ensure accounts are closed on time and according to the agreed date for submission to clients for the monthly meeting. Ensure accounting records and treatment comply with SOP and Accounting Standards. General billing to be sent to sub-proprietors and relevant parties within the stipulated timeline. Timely update of receipts to send monthly statements and reminders to sub-proprietor within deadlines. Job Requirements/Attributes Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent. At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Able to multi-task and work under pressure with sometimes tight reporting timelines. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and other related IT programs. Willingness to learn with a pleasant disposition.
