Job Description: Our client is the #1 Taiwanese street food quick service chain, offering an array of authentic delights. Founded in 2003, they have dominated the Taiwanese street food market in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia with over 20 years of unmatched expertise. Due to expansion, they are looking for an Accountant to join their teamKey Responsibilities Report and work closely with Financial Controller/Finance Manager Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate preparation of full sets of accounts Preparation of audit and tax schedules Prepare bi-weekly payment runs and monthly 3rd party or intercompany billing Prepare and post monthly accruals, prepayments and similar accounting entries Responsible for intercompany reconciliation Prepare quarterly GST for submission Liaise with internal and external auditors to facilitate a smooth audit process Liaise with tax agents and other stakeholders Recommending improvement of internal controls, risk identification and business processes including but not limited to accounting practices Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time Key Skills Required Strong technical accounting, tax and GST knowledge Strong F&B and/or retail-related knowledge (Preferably) Experience in handling annual audit Bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma Minimum 3 years prior experience in a similar capacity Ability to manage multiple stakeholders of diverse backgrounds MYOB/Sage300, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office proficient Neat and meticulous in documentation and handling Be a proactive member in the Finance team Ability to work within tight deadlines Additional Information: Located near Tanjong Pagar MRT Family-like working environment Fast career progression path Monday to Friday, 9-6pm Salary range: Up to SGD$5,000 Interested candidates are invited to send in your Resume in MS Word Format stating your past work experience, reasons for each leave, past and expected remuneration.We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.By submitting an application to us, you will be deemed to have agreed for us to collect, use, and disclose your personal data which you have submitted to your prospective employers, for the purpose of job search, and/or other services which you have consented us to perform on your behalf.EA License Number: 19C9782 EA Personnel: Lum Charmaine R #J-18808-Ljbffr
