Our Singapore entity is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for a passionate and dynamic Recruiter to join our HR team and drive talent acquisition initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Singapore and regional roles, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and design effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, agencies, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future needs.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and internal recruitment policies.
  • Provide regular updates and recruitment metrics to HR leadership.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in technology or distribution sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore labor law and recruitment practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Mandarin or other Asian languages are a plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, and matrix organization.
