Provide excellent front desk reception duties, managing internal and external stakeholders professionally and promptly. Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable reception area, equipped with all necessary materials. Offer beverages to visitors in meeting rooms.

Manage incoming calls appropriately.

Oversee all aspects of meeting rooms, including coordinating and scheduling external client meetings. Provide technical support, such as uploading presentations and facilitating Teams/Video Call connections.

Maintain records of business travels for internal audit purposes.

Take responsibility for postal and courier services, both locally and internationally.

Provide facilities management support to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of logistics and support services in the office environment.

Maintain an adequate stock of stationery and pantry supplies. Verify invoices and provide procurement support by sourcing related vendors, evaluating quotations, and making recommendations.

Assist with other ad-hoc office administrative duties as assigned.
