About the Role

We are expanding our operations and are in search of a Training Coordinator (Luxury Retail) to join our Academy based in Singapore.

The Academy is a division of CXG, a consultancy firm specializing in luxury retail, focused on transforming customer experiences through training and fostering a customer-centric mindset within teams.

Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will collaborate closely with our teams in Singapore. The Training Coordinator will assist the Customer Success Manager in executing training projects for luxury brand clients from inception to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.

The Training Coordinator will report directly to the Senior Customer Success Manager and will play a vital role in managing global training initiatives.

  • Assist in overseeing training projects
  • Help prepare training presentations for clients
  • Participate in client meetings
  • Collect and organize proof of performance (photos/screenshots) from various trainers for invoicing purposes
  • Ensure timely submission of invoices or expenses by trainers via the designated system or email
  • Review details of submitted invoices from trainers, including date, amount, purpose, and location
  • Update training link spreadsheets with relevant information
  • Conduct data analysis on training quiz scores and evaluations following each training trimester
  • Maintain effective communication with consultants and trainers, providing support throughout the training execution process

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is essential
  • Excellent multitasking and communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
  • Willingness to develop account management and project management expertise
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must be a Singaporean citizen or possess the right to work in Singapore
