Overview

We are seeking an experienced (Senior) HR Manager to lead and manage end to end HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and organizational development.

This role reports into the CFO and manages 1 other HR team member covering not only the HR function but also related functions such as Admin, IT and Communications. This role covers all the organisation’s presence covering multiple countries across SEA and MEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and litigations
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including advising and executing hiring plans
  • Lead and manage the recruitment process, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Oversee and cover end-to-end payroll processing across multiple SEA and MEA countries
  • Drive performance management processes and support continuous feedback and development
  • Design compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity
  • Lead annual compensation and benefits review cycles and people cost forecasting
  • Support current and future business needs through the hiring, pipeline development and retention of talent
  • Provide HR insights to advise management in decision-making
  • Lead HR projects, such as policy reviews/development, HR documentations and process improvements
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on organizational matters
  • Oversee other functions such as Office Administration, IT infrastructure, and Internal Communications
  • Partner with Commercial and Medical to manage digital platforms communications and compliance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred)
  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of various employment laws, HR best practices, and industry practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
