Job Roles Develop, implement, and oversee training department initiatives, including WSQ and non-WSQ programs. Facilitate and deliver classroom training and assessments in English and Mandarin concurrently. Conduct training needs analysis and evaluation of program effectiveness. Coordinate and schedule internal and external training programs, including course registration, enrolment, and attendance tracking. Liaise with external stakeholders (e.g., LTA, SSG-WSG, TP) to ensure smooth facilitation of courses and compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage training administration, including course runs, training grants, claims, invoices, and certification issuance. Ensure training materials and resources are relevant, adequate, and compliant with SSG requirements to maintain ATO status. Prepare for audits and maintain proper documentation and filing of training-related records. Oversee workplace safety and health compliance during training sessions. Supervise and ensure workplace safety and health risks are identified, assessed and controlled, and provide employees with information on compliance to workplace safety and health policies. Carry out any other assigned duties. Job Requirements Degree/Diploma holder with at least 1–2 years of relevant experience. Possess DACE, ACLP, ACTA, WLF or WTP certification. Strong administrative and organizational skills, detail-oriented, and meticulous. Good communication skills and fluency in both English and Mandarin to liaise with trainees and stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Training Portal Gateway or similar LMS is advantageous. Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
