About the role: Desktop Support Responsible for deskside tier 1 and tier 2 IT support and IT projects in all customer offices in Singapore. Work with backend infrastructure team on project implementation. Working with IT security team on patch management. Manage IT asset inventory, license keeper and maintenance arrangement. Provide guidelines and assistance to users on selection of IT products and solutions. Monitoring the closure of Incident and Service Request ticket. Knowledge sharing with Helpdesk team.
