Job Description Responsibilities Administration and configuration for Windows Servers End‑user account management End‑user device hardening and lockdown Troubleshooting and problem resolution End‑user briefings & awareness service Supported Systems and Devices Windows Servers Microsoft SQL Servers Desktops Notebooks Mobile Devices (e.g., iPad, iPhone or equivalent) Video Conferencing Devices IP Telephones Printers, including multi‑function devices (printers, scanners, fax) Other peripherals (e.g., external hard drives, mouse, smart‑card readers, monitors, docking stations) EUCD and Windows Servers Management Apply patches for Windows Servers and Microsoft SQL Servers according to the documentation provided by the Authority‑appointed Suppliers where appropriate Install, uninstall or reinstall operating systems, standard desktop software and applications and drivers for EUCD Job Requirements Minimum three (3) years of End User Computing Devices (EUCD) Support, ICT End User Computing or Service Desk Agent experience with networking and system administration background Minimum one (1) year of experience in Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server administration Ability to identify the likely causes of incidents escalated by Level 1 EUCD Support Engineers and apply the known solutions related to these more complex issues #J-18808-Ljbffr
