Senior Manager / Manager, Payroll role at ACCA Careers We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager/Manager, Payroll to lead and oversee the end-to-end payroll function. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate, scalable, and compliant payroll operations across the organization. The successful candidate will manage a payroll team, drive process optimization, and support system rollouts and digital transformation initiatives. Client Details A well-established organisation operating within the business services industry, this company provides essential solutions to clients across various sectors. With a strong presence in the region, it is known for its commitment to excellence and operational efficiency. Description Oversee and motivate the payroll team to ensure accurate, timely, and scalable payroll processing across the organization. Uphold statutory requirements, company policies, and strict confidentiality of payroll data at all times. Identify process gaps, perform root-cause analysis, and streamline workflows to improve payroll efficiency and service delivery. Lead or support initiatives such as BCP, RPA, and digital enhancements to scale operations and improve accuracy. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to roll out SAP locally and regionally, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption. Profile Degree in Human Resource, Business, or a related discipline. 5 years of relevant payroll experience, preferably in a Shared Services environment, with 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong understanding of payroll best practices, employment legislation, CPF, and tax regulations. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with SAP is an added advantage.
