Overview
Our client is a leading law firm with a strong reputation in Conveyancing & Property Law as well as Wills, Trusts & Family Legacy Planning. With a commitment to excellence and client-focused service, they are looking to expand their team with the addition of a capable and experienced Conveyancing Secretary.
Responsibilities- Handle a full range of conveyancing matters, including Purchase & sale of property, Commercial and residential conveyancing and Refinancing transactions
- Liaise and communicate effectively with clients, banks, and other related parties.
- Conduct legal and title searches, manage deadlines, issue invoices, and ensure proper documentation.
- Take full ownership of files to ensure the smooth completion of conveyancing transactions.
- Provide administrative and legal support to lawyers and team members where necessary.
- Minimum 2 years of experience handling private residential and commercial properties transactions including sale and purchase of completed properties, redemption, refinancing.
- Able to work independently, handle files from start to finish, and manage client communications effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
- A team player who is also capable of managing individual responsibilities.
- Ability to work well under tight timelines and pressure.
