We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our client Group Legal team. This role will be responsible for providing strategic legal support across the organization, with a focus on commercial transactions, contract management, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Oversee the Group’s legal contracts management and administration. Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of commercial agreements, including both standard and bespoke manufacturing-related contracts. Support corporate transactional matters such as mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestments. Provide legal advice on day-to-day operational matters and support internal stakeholders including business development, finance, human resources, and supply chain teams. Drive the implementation and enforcement of legal and regulatory compliance across the organization. Develop and deliver legal training sessions to internal teams to strengthen legal awareness and compliance culture. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Law, with legal qualification in Singapore or other Commonwealth jurisdictions. 4–6 years of post-qualification experience, ideally gained from a reputable law firm or in-house legal role within a multinational corporation. Prior exposure to the contract manufacturing sector will be an advantage. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to communicate legal concepts effectively to non-legal stakeholders. Self-motivated and dependable, able to manage multiple priorities under time pressure while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
