Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation logistics operations. Strong knowledge of logistics processes and practices in the aviation industry. Experience in managing and leading a team. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
