Fisher Investments Singapore (FIS) is looking for a Service Desk Specialist to provide tier 1 and 2 support to our FIS employees. Come join a growing investment firm as a member of Fisher Investments Singapore.

The Opportunity:

As the Fisher Investments Singapore (FIS) Service Desk Specialist, you will report to the Vice President of End User Support to provide in-depth desktop support to FIS and its employees. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex PC and network problems.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support to end-users efficiently and effectively
  • Perform installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of end-user software and hardware
  • Establish network connectivity and hardware and software configuration
  • Support third-party software applications
  • Track, resolve, and escalate all incidents and requests in ServiceNow
  • Execute physical end-user inter- and intra- office relocation services
  • Responsible for software pushes and desktop imaging
  • Help develop and improve the Service Desk's efficiency and customer service rating
  • Order equipment and services for employee business usage
  • Provide a prompt response to user requests for information and assists in application system problem resolution
  • May assist with translation services

Your Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of experience in IT and Infrastructure and Operations
  • A+ Certification
  • Expertise in Problem Management, Incident Management, Configuration Management, and the overall Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
  • Demonstrated success in decision-making and troubleshooting
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in business English
  • A University degree, technical certifications, or combination of education and hands-on experience required
