Responsibilities Acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) clients and achieve sales revenue targets. Cross-sell the full suite of Business Banking products, ensuring each client holds at least two products. Collaborate with Product teams to provide holistic solutions for corporate and individual banking needs. Maintain strong market knowledge to effectively position our offerings. Deliver excellent service to clients, ensuring a positive and consistent experience. Respond to customer queries within 2 business days. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, driving loyalty and advocacy. Ensure strict compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including FATCA. Identify, elevate, and mitigate risk issues promptly. Adhere to credit underwriting standards and ensure proper due diligence on all clients. Requirements Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in banking, sales, or client acquisition. Proven track record in sales acquisition within banking/financial services. Minimum Diploma holder in Business, Finance or a related discipline. Strong passion for sales, relationship management, and customer service. Ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels in complex situations. Knowledge of customer due diligence processes, including FATCA adherence. Understanding of working capital financing and operating entity needs. Knowledge of mortgage financing principles, including TDSR framework. Familiarity with credit underwriting requirements. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Awareness of competitive landscape in SME banking. We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
