Overview

AP Partner & Digital Enablement Lead at Lenovo. The AP channel digital partner enablement and engagement lead has end to end full ownership and responsibility for AP’s partner-facing digital platform Lenovo Partner Hub (LPH) and the many sub-systems under LPH.

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end management of AP’s partner-facing digital platform Lenovo Partner Hub (LPH) and its sub-systems.
  • Drive Partner Experience through LPH, increase Lenovo Bid Platform (LBPe) adoption and conversion revenue, and improve partner training, certification and accreditation.
  • Support various sub-systems connected with or accessed by partners via LPH as the AP change champion.
  • LPH backend content management, reporting, feedback, troubleshooting, engagement/alignment with regional stakeholders, and support for other AP community stakeholders.
  • Serve as the AP representative and voice on global WW projects related to digital partner engagement (e.g., Lenovo 360 Global Program Framework, MOTH, Zenith and related workstreams).

The AP channel digital partner enablement and engagement lead has end-to-end ownership of LPH and the AP community; this role also supports other stakeholders within the AP region and represents AP on global initiatives and WW projects.
