As we prepare to open our new office this October, we’re looking for a Front Office Receptionist / Office Guest Ambassador to join our People Experience team.

  • Reception: Receive guests, answer/transfer incoming calls, create welcome signs, ensure maintenance and cleanliness of offices and communal spaces, act as point of contact for building maintenance issues and requests, coordinate taxi service requests.
  • Inventory Control: Manage kitchen and office supplies.
  • Events Management: Identify and implement in-house caterers, support in-house events (setting up, ordering, hosting, breaking down), coordinate in-office lunches, build networks of restaurants for professional meals, coordinate between travel agency and APAC staff.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

  • Organisation and planning skills
  • Good relations skills for events
  • Proficient with Office Suite / SharePoint
  • Fluent in English and one other local language
  • Autonomous
  • Singapore PR/Citizen (Sponsorship not provided)
  • Available to work 5 days a week in the office
