Overview Manager confirmé, vous détenez un réseau important dans le Retail de Singapour. Bilingue Français + Anglais, le chinois mandarin et/ou le malais serait un plus. Basé à Singapour, vous êtes chargé de développer le chiffre d'affaires et le réseau de vente. Responsable de la performance, vous êtes le garant des actions commerciales préconisées et des objectifs définis. Vous négociez avec des décideurs stratégiques en veillant à fidéliser les clients et conclure avec les prospects. Prospection, Négociation, KPI, Plan d\'action commerciale, Objectifs de vente font partie de votre quotidien. Activités principales / Responsabilités Définir avec la Présidence et le Marketing Groupe le plan annuel d\'action commerciale, la politique tarifaire, les objectifs de vente qualitatifs et quantitatifs et les niveaux de marge individuels, les prévisionnels de vente mensuels et trimestriels, les cibles commerciales prioritaires, les incentives ainsi que le budget commercial prévisionnel. Analyser les données spécifiques du marché local à Singapour. Identifier et proposer les solutions pour optimiser la gamme commerciale et les processus de vente. Connaître et/ou être introduit dans la grande distribution de Singapour afin de permettre le développement des comptes clés. Profil Basé à Singapour. Formation de niveau Bac +5 Master dans les domaines commercial, marketing (négociation relation client, commerce, techniques de commercialisation). Bilingue Français + Anglais; le chinois mandarin et/ou le malais serait un plus. Diplômé d\'école de commerce avec une expérience de 5 ans minimum. Compétences requises: maîtrise des techniques de vente, de négociation, de prospection; bonne pratique du management; bonnes connaissances en gestion (budget, comptabilité); maîtrise des outils bureautiques et d\'un logiciel de relation client (CRM); bonne culture d\'Internet et ses outils.
