Manager, Business Development and Partnership

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven and Business Development & Partnership manager/specialist to drive customer acquisition in Singapore through strategic collaborations and brand partnerships. This role will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing channel partnerships that enhance our brand visibility, drive user growth, and maximize conversion rates. A strong professional network is highly valued and will be critical to success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships and new business opportunities to drive customer acquisition and business growth.
  • Leverage professional network to open doors, accelerate partnership discussions, and enhance market access.
  • Execute campaigns and activations (online and offline), ensuring seamless implementation and performance tracking.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Optimize channel partner collaborations through data-driven insights, refining acquisition strategies for optimal impact.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, leveraging insights to explore new opportunities and enhance partnership campaign effectiveness.
  • Support any other ad-hoc duties where necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a client-facing commercial role.
  • Strong professional network across relevant industries (e.g., finance, tech, lifestyle, corporate services).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
