Since its inception in 2013, the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) Foundation is envisioned to be a foundation of the business community of Singapore. As the social impact arm of the SBF, the Foundation believes that people are at the heart of businesses and that a compassionate and proactive business community can lead to a more sustainable and resilient socio-economic landscape in Singapore.
The incumbent will report directly to the General Manager to outreach and cultivate partnerships with community and business partners so to create the social impact. The primary function involves stakeholder engagement to fund raise and create awareness as well as programme management to deliver outcome for betterment of society.
**Responsibilities**:
- Engage community partners and the business community to support the objectives of the Foundation
- Identify, implement and monitor programmes that meet social gaps
- Plan and implement Corporate Giving initiatives through partnerships
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new corporate donors and partners
- Develop, monitor, and review the achievement of key performance indicators for collaborative partnerships/projects
J **ob Requirements**
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Confident and people oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Able to write well and make good presentations
- Strong in communication and mutli-stakeholder management
- Experience in fundraising, marketing, or outreach projects
- Experience in programme development and evaluation in the social service sector will be an advantage
