Reporting to the Head of Client Services, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Understanding, empathizing with, and growing existing accounts in close collaboration with clients.
  2. Proactively providing prompt communication advice to clients, including ESG considerations.
  3. Planning and conducting research for audience insights and other key data.
  4. Taking detailed briefs from clients through deep understanding.
  5. Writing inspiring briefs and proposing creative marketing solutions.
  6. Project managing work quality, timelines, and costs.
  7. Writing compelling proposals and delivering persuasive presentations.
  8. Identifying opportunities to upsell services.
  9. Maintaining the client contact database for the department.
  10. Supporting senior account managers with tasks such as writing creative briefs, conducting research, briefing KOLs/media contacts, and arranging meetings.

About You:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related discipline.
  • More than 2 years of relevant experience in creative agencies or marketing roles. Fresh graduates with sufficient internship experience are also welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in project management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Sustainability (ESG) knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and high numeracy skills.
  • Highly motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
  • An engaging personality, creative, and a team player.
