- Assist the Project Manager in administrating documents and purchase orders at the site office.
- Provide administrative duties and clerical support to site personnel.
- Liaise closely with the head office for necessary documentation.
- Develop and implement Public Relations programmes to meet project goals.
- Work closely with the Project Team and initiate proactive measures to mitigate complaints.
- Manage feedback and complaints from external stakeholders.
- Generate reports on feedback and complaints received.
- Draft publicity materials, including circulars.
- Maintain and attend to hotline phone calls.
- Support the Project Team with administrative and clerical duties.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
- Diploma in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Mid-Senior level
