Job Responsibilities

  • Support planning and development of strategic projects
  • Undertakes strategic research and establishes strong relationships with relevant stakeholders including statutory boards and ministries, corporates, advisors and/or consultants to keep abreast of market trends and development and develop clear action plans and business innovation in line with the tourism objectives of the organisation
  • Work internally with domain knowledge experts and advisors, and externally with partners and stakeholders, to conceptualize and co-ordinate tourism developments that will catalyze and accelerate the growth of the tourism industry to meet targets set forth by the organization
  • Maintain business scorecard and partner with business units and stakeholders towards driving favourable results at the resort-wide level
  • Organise regular key stakeholder meetings with government bodies
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Management
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Policy, Economics or related areas, with minimum 7 years of relevant working experience
  • Good understanding of government policies and strategies related to tourism development and economic growth
  • Strong communication skills with excellent business acuity and analytical proficiency, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence multiple functional stakeholders
  • Able to build a network of relationships both internally and externally to build support and secure buy-in for desired objectives
  • Results-oriented with sound business judgment
  • Team player who is able to work collaboratively with others and under tight deadlines
