Central Merchant Sales Executive, Omnicommerce Join Grab to grow and shape the merchant business in Singapore. This role focuses on acquiring merchant partners for the OmniCommerce business, supporting restaurants' physical stores. Responsibilities Acquire and develop sales opportunities through referrals, networking, cold calls, and face‑to‑face meetings. Diligently follow up and close sales opportunities. Build lasting relationships with restaurant decision makers to maintain future sales possibilities. Consult and recommend Grab products and services to decision makers while communicating the value of joining the Grab network. Collate press materials to support a restaurant's launch on Grab distribution channels. Work closely with Operations and Marketing to facilitate successful product adoption and partnerships. Spearhead sales projects and initiate tactical strategies to improve team efficiency and capabilities, driving incremental sales output. Qualifications At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, particularly with products or services. Direct selling of products or services experience.
