Reports to: Head of Renewals & Sales Development, APAC About the Role The Senior Manager, Renewals – APAC will own and drive the regional renewals business for Check Point Software Technologies. This role is responsible for achieving annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets, reducing churn, and optimizing renewal performance across all APAC markets through data-driven insights, scalable processes, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is a seasoned renewal and recurring-revenue professional with deep APAC experience, operational rigor, and a passion for developing high-performing teams. Responsibilities Strategic & Operational Leadership Own the end-to-end renewals business across APAC — from forecasting and pipeline management to execution and governance. Build, lead, and coach a regional team of ~12 renewal professionals across key APAC markets. Drive predictable and sustainable ARR growth through disciplined process management and data-driven decision-making. Partner with field sales, channel, and customer success to strengthen retention and cross-sell motions. Establish and monitor KPIs around renewal rate, churn, attach rate, and net revenue retention. Process Excellence & Transformation Define and standardize renewal processes across APAC, ensuring alignment with global operations. Drive automation and system improvements using Salesforce and BI tools to improve forecast accuracy and visibility. Identify operational gaps and implement best practices to increase efficiency, scalability, and predictability. Build cadence around business reviews, metrics tracking, and governance to ensure data integrity and accountability. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Global Renewals Ops, Customer Success, Partner Sales and Finance to align processes and performance metrics. Influence and align with leadership across geographies to ensure renewals execution supports broader GTM and ARR strategies. Represent APAC in global forums, contributing insights and feedback to shape Check Point’s worldwide renewals strategy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred. Minimum 10–12 years of renewals, subscription, or recurring revenue experience within the technology or cybersecurity industry, preferably across the APAC region. Proven experience leading renewal or inside sales teams with measurable ARR success. Strong analytical and operational mindset; demonstrated ability to use data for forecasting, reporting, and performance management. Track record of process transformation and scaling recurring-revenue businesses. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across a matrixed environment. Familiarity with Salesforce, BI dashboards, and renewal automation tools. Highly collaborative, people-centric leader who can inspire teams and influence across functions.
