Summary

As the Digital Adoption Manager, you will drive and guide Scoot's digital transformation journey in an agile environment. You own the execution of our digital transformation by co-creating a multi-year roadmap, operationalizing a Digital Maturity Index, leading Business Process Reengineering, and embedding governance rhythms to ensure strategic initiatives deliver measurable impact. This role requires strong collaboration with agile squads to ensure that digital initiatives are impactful, adaptive, and data-driven.

Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain the organization's digital strategy and transformation roadmap.
  • Align digital initiatives with business priorities, customer needs, and technological advancements.
  • Translate strategic priorities and maturity gaps into a sequenced, multi-year roadmap.
  • Define Digital Maturity Index (DMI) by evaluating how well the organization leverages digital technologies, culture, and processes to create business value.
  • Establish KPIs to measure success and identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Facilitate cross-functional Business Process Reengineering workshops to map "as-is" and co-design "to-be" process workflows.
  • Educate and influence stakeholders at all levels as a digital change agent, promoting innovation, agility, and customer-centric thinking across the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Digital, Technology, or related field.
  • 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in digital strategy, transformation delivery, or business process leadership.
  • Proven track record in maturity models, roadmap planning, BPR facilitation, and governance frameworks.
