This key role will see you working closely with clients to deliver strategic outcomes and drive value realization from our cutting-edge Digital Adoption Platform.

You'll work collaboratively with internal teams to develop tailored success plans, monitor customer health, and identify risks early on. With your expertise in sales discovery methodologies and return on investment discussions, you'll be able to guide customers towards maximum value and adoption of our platform.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS customer success, account management, or post-sales relationship management. You'll possess high competency in sales discovery methodologies and an ability to run return on investment discussions, having partnered with account executives to develop and close sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients at the highest relevant levels
  • Guide customers on best practice usage of the platform to manage risk and exceed goals
  • Partner with WalkMe Account Team to ensure customers renew and expand
  • Work with internal teams to develop success plans outlining how WalkMe addresses client needs
  • Monitor customer health and identify remediation options to mitigate risks

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of customer advocacy and engagement experience in Enterprise SaaS Customer Success, account management, or post-sales relationship management
  • High competency in sales discovery methodologies and an ability to run return on investment discussions
  • Experience managing a quarterly retention and growth quota
  • Ability to increase customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention applying to a technical product
