As a key member of our Public Sector Sales team in Singapore, you'll have the autonomy to engage with government agencies, statutory boards, and government-linked companies (GLCs). This is a high-impact hunter role, focused on building new relationships, driving digital transformation, and accelerating growth in Singapore's public sector. If you're passionate about helping public institutions modernize through data and cloud technologies, this is your opportunity to make a real impact and be rewarded for it.
As a Public Sector Sales Account Manager you will:

  • Drive net new business acquisition across Singapore's government, statutory boards, and GLCs.
  • Align to company strategy and own revenue growth and market expansion within your territory.
  • Develop account and territory plans tailored to Singapore public sector priorities, budgets, and procurement cycles (including GeBIZ).
  • Understand Singapore's government technology landscape, funding models, policies, and competitive environment.
  • Introduce product and solution experts as needed while maintaining full account ownership.
  • Build trusted relationships across all levels — including senior government executives, CIOs, and procurement teams.
  • Collaborate with system integrators, resellers, and cloud partners active in Singapore's public sector.
  • Lead opportunity management, pipeline development, and accurate forecasting.
  • Exceed targets for new logos, renewals, and services in a mission-critical environment.

We're excited about you if you have:
  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 3+ years selling into Singapore's public sector.
  • Proven success in a hunter role, especially within complex and regulated government sales cycles.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore public sector procurement processes and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working with or through partners in Singapore's government ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with Big Data, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and data platforms.
  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent in business, public administration, or technology-related fields.
