Job Summary

A boutique host will be like a customer service ambassador, non-sales related.

Location and Schedule
  • Location: MBS/Orchard
  • 5 days work week, including weekends (retail shifts)
  • 8-9 hrs per shift
Compensation and Attire
  • Full uniform from suit to shoes provided
Responsibilities
  • Be attached to support the respective boutique while serving customers
  • Interact with VIP clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Assist and guide customers entering the boutique and accompany them as needed
  • Greet customers and help shoppers find goods and products
  • Collect guests’ preferences and record information into marketing systems
  • Meet and greet customers in the queue; answer queries
  • Provide guided familiarisation tours in the boutique when needed
  • Offer advice and product selection to customers
  • Attend to the needs and requests of guest members
Job Requirements
  • Applicants with experience in customer service in hospitality, retail sales, or aviation are an advantage
