Newly created role to support growth of HQ in Singapore. HR advisory to business leaders on strategic workforce planning, talent development, and performance management. Strategic partnership with HR COEs on employee lifecycle programs. About Company Our client is a leading shipping and logistics organisation headquartered in Singapore. With operations spanning in more than 90 countries, the company has established a strong reputation in its industry through exceptional operational performance and innovative business strategies. In line with their continued growth and commitment to operational excellence, they are now seeking a HRBP . Strategic Workforce Planning: Partner with business leaders to forecast manpower needs, shape organization design, and align people strategies with business goals. Talent Strategy & Employer Branding: Develop and execute talent acquisition and outreach strategies to build a sustainable talent pipeline and strengthen employer brand presence. Employee Engagement & Retention: Drive initiatives to strengthen workplace culture, engagement, and retention, partnering with line managers and COEs on people-related solutions. Performance & Rewards Management: Support annual performance reviews, calibration exercises, and salary reviews in collaboration with Compensation & Benefits. HR Compliance & Transformation: Provide strategic insights on HR policies, regulatory changes, and lead or participate in HR transformation projects. Key Requirements Recognised Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field, with at least 6 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of the Employment Act and prior experience in employee relations, counselling, and disciplinary matters. Excellent stakeholder management, written and verbal communication skills. Resilient, adaptable, meticulous, and resourceful; thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
