On behalf of our client, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR leader to drive total rewards excellence across a complex, multi-entity organization. This role will lead the design, review, and implementation of compensation and benefits frameworks that balance internal equity, fiscal responsibility, and competitiveness within a unique operating environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full spectrum of compensation and benefits, including job evaluation, salary structures, benchmarking, performance-based rewards, and benefits design. Partner closely with senior HR leaders and business heads to provide data-driven insights and sound recommendations on total rewards matters. Manage annual review cycles, policy harmonization, and governance processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and fairness across entities. Lead a small team and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver strategic HR solutions. What We’re Looking For At least 12 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits, with proven exposure to complex or matrix organizations. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and influencing skills — comfortable balancing policy with pragmatism. A leader who enjoys both strategy and execution, thrives on structure and accountability, and values purpose-driven work.
