Investment Bank – VP, Regulatory Compliance Interesting opportunity to be part of an established investment bank. This is a newly created headcount that will have APAC coverage focused on regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Advise the business on regulatory obligations, licensing requirements and carry out necessary compliance issues tracking initiatives to cope with regulatory changes. Keep abreast of legal and regulatory developments. Conduct impact assessment and gap analysis on new regulatory requirements. Qualifications 10 years of regulatory compliance experience from the banking industry. Strong knowledge in products and business in the investment banking or global market industry preferred. Good at building relationships and credibility; you will be dealing with both internal and external stakeholders of ranging seniority on a day to day basis.
