Job Description & Responsibilities Monitoring the regulatory obligations of CMSL holder Making regulatory filings and coordinating with local regulatory officials Ensuring adherence to Blackstone’s corporate governance and compliance policies Conducting regulatory gapping and keeping abreast of regulatory developments in Singapore Reviewing and monitoring the regulatory compliance of sales and distribution rules in Asia Developing and implementing compliance programs, policies, procedures and controls Conducting testing of compliance programs and procedures Providing compliance support across the region as required Qualifications 6+ years of legal and regulatory experience, gained in a legal, compliance, or internal audit role at an investment bank, asset manager or other financial institution. Qualified lawyer preferred Knowledge of the MAS regulatory structure and key MAS regulations Excellent written and spoken English language skills required Business Mandarin language skills desirable The duties and responsibilities described here are not exhaustive and additional assignments, duties, or responsibilities may be required of this position.
