About the job Serve as a subject matter expert on a broad range of regulations, guidelines, notices, and ensure the business complies with all relevant policies and procedures Lead and participate in the implementation of new or revised regulations as well as update existing policies, procedures, and systems to ensure full compliance Actively monitor, track, and analyze new and evolving regulatory developments Support regulatory inspections and audits, ensuring all required documentation and information are provided accurately and promptly. Address and track the timely resolution of regulatory findings and issues Prepare clear and concise management reports detailing the status of regulatory changes, compliance initiatives, and key risks Contribute to the formulation, review, and maintenance of the bank’s compliance policies, procedures, and internal control frameworks to ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory standards Participate in regional and global initiatives and maintain comprehensive tracking of the completion status Conduct regular bank-wide training to raise and promote a compliant culture Skills and experience required Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institution Minimum of 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance within the Banking industry Comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape Proven ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with regulators, external authorities and all levels of internal stakeholders Proven ability to articulate complex regulatory concepts clearly and persuasively To apply online please use the 'apply' function, alternatively you may contact at . #J-18808-Ljbffr
